How it works.....

ALL CONSIGNMENT ITEMS NEED TO BE:

Seasonal
Current Fashion (Less than 3 years old)
Clean: Washed or Dry-Cleaned
Oder Free (i.e., smoke, food, mothballs, perfume, mustiness, etc.)
Pressed/Steamed, on Hangers or Folded Neatly
Free of any Stains, Odors, Rips or Tears

COMMISSION and PRICING:

Starting prices are set by Mimi's, unless otherwise requested.
Consignors receive 40% of the sale price for "A" Ticket items.
Consignors receive 50% of the sale price for “B” Ticket items.
Consignors receive 60% of the sale price for “C” Ticket items.

“A” Tickets: (Most clothing, shoes, handbags and home decor)

Consignment Period is 90 Days. Items will be reduced 25% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days. Please note, Mimi’s reserves the right to reduce items earlier or later depending on the season, price, demand, etc.

“B” Tickets: (Jewelry and better label handbags, clothes and shoes)

Consignment Period is 180 Days. Items will be reduced 25% after 60 days and 50% after 120 days. Please note, Mimi’s reserves the right to reduce items earlier or later depending on the season, price, demand, etc.

“C” Tickets: (Items with a starting price of $300 or more)

ITEMS REMAINING IN THE STORE AFTER THE 180 DAY CONSIGNMENT PERIOD BECOME THE PROPERTY OF MIMIS'S CONSIGNMENT. IT IS THE CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF THEIR PICK-UP DATE; NOTICE WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

IF CONSIGNOR ACCOUNTS ARE INACTIVE FOR TWO (2) YEARS, THE CONSIGNOR ACCOUNT WILL BE DE-ACTIVATED AND THE BALANCE FORFEITED.

PAYMENTS: On the 15th of each month, when your account balance is $40 or more, a check will be mailed to you with a summary of your items sold and your payout for each item. If your account balance is less than $40 your proceeds may be picked up in the store Monday through Friday.

PICKUPS: Expiring items may be picked up Monday through Friday.

CONSIGNMENT ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED BY APPOINTMENT MONDAY–FRIDAY (10 Item limit per appointment)
